Refund policy



At Togashu, we believe in providing products that represent the pinnacle of craftsmanship, but we understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. Our goal is to offer you a seamless experience, whether you’re exchanging or returning a product. This policy outlines both quality-related and non-quality-related returns in a way that is clear, fair, and respectful to both parties.

1、Quality-related Returns (within 48 hours):


We want every product that leaves our warehouse to arrive at your door in perfect condition. However, if you experience an issue with your order, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.

Conditions for Return:

  • Damage during transit, or defects in craftsmanship.
  • Incorrect product received compared to your order.

How to Return:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging.
  • Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide detailed return instructions.
2、Non-Quality-related Returns (within 7 days)

We understand that sometimes the item you ordered just might not be quite right for you, whether it’s the size, color, or simply a change of heart. We accept returns for non-quality issues within 7 days of delivery. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you feel it's not the right fit, we’re here to help.

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

How to Return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Let us know why the item isn’t right for you and we’ll be happy to help you return or exchange it.
  • As with quality-related returns, we will need clear photos of the unused item and original packaging.

3、Important Notes for Both Quality & Non-Quality Returns

  • Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out a replacement item if that is preferred. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.
  • Refunds are issued for the product price only. Any shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  • Please note: If items are returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
