🔄 RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS
We completely understand that plans can change after placing an order.
Once an order is successfully submitted, it is automatically entered into our preparation system, which means direct cancellation is no longer available at that stage.
If you need to modify your shipping address or order details, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via support@togashu.com. We will do our best to assist you before the order enters processing.
Once the order status changes to “Processing”, we are unfortunately unable to make further changes.
If modifications are no longer possible, we kindly ask for your patience in receiving the item first. Should the product not meet your expectations, you may proceed with a return by following our Returns Procedure, and our team will be happy to assist you throughout the process.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the rare event that your item arrives broken or damaged, we are here to help.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the outer packaging, including the shipping label
Once verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution for you.
Please note that claims submitted without sufficient documentation or outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.

Step 2: Send the Item Back
After receiving your RMA and return address, please ship the item back within 3 business days.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for shipping method. Returns sent without tracking may be subject to loss during transit, and unfortunately, we would be unable to issue a refund or replacement in such cases.
Step 3: Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
After a successful inspection, we will:
